ABOUT ME
With over two decades of experience developing visual strategies for brands and retailers, I combine creative thinking with practical execution to produce exciting and functional results. I am a reflective leader who thrives in both large-scale global organizations and small and medium-sized businesses. I have extensive experience in omni-channel commerce including retail and wholesale, department and specialty stores, big box retailers, category licensing, franchise partnerships, travel retail and duty free.

My background includes eight years at Coach, initially leading visual merchandising and design for international brand partners and ultimately directing all creative operations and communications as Divisional Vice President. I led a team servicing six global business units with annual sales of more than $4B. Additionally, I managed an internal creative studio that produced communication tools used across 2,000+ points of sale in over 45 countries.

As Director of Global Visual Design for VF Corporation, I guided design and creative development for Nautica Worldwide and Kipling North America. I created the first-ever comprehensive brand standards manual which was distributed to 40 global licensing partners for use in over 170 Nautica branded retail stores representing $400M+ in annual sales.

As the Head of Creative at Winston Retail, I provided strategic creative and operational expertise to the agency's clients across the apparel, accessories, footwear, beauty, cannabis, electronics, home and hospitality industries. I oversaw all creative development, brand management and financial planning via a multifaceted leadership position, directing the flow of communication between the internal design and production teams, external clients and contract service providers.
